NATOK ROK Earth Trance

Come to FUSION | The Cell on Friday, October 11th, at 7 PM for NATOK ROK Earth Trance with Madi Sato, Timothy P. McLaughlin, and their Band. NATOK ROK Earth Trance is a unique emergent experience of music & language. The powerful voice of Madi Sato draws upon her Japanese Ainu heritage to weave together hypnotic earth chants. And the gorgeous bardic contributions from poet Timothy P. Mclaughlin bring messages of wild nature. The all-acoustic band of woods and strings and skins provides the groundwork where mystic sound meets sacred text. The overall effect brings the listener into a deep time spell that both soothes and invigorates.
